As a Vice President Group Director at The Richards Group and GSDM, Louis directed advertising for some of the nation’s best-known brands. During the tech boom he left Texas for San Francisco and the client side, where he headed up marketing for innovative software companies. There Louis caught the measurement and analytic bug, and a passion for the new technologies of marketing. A zealot for strategy and analytics with a long-held appreciation for creative, he co-founded the agency and led in the development of our Branded Response process.
