Attrition is a significant business issue, and reactivating lost members is a difficult but potentially profitable challenge. Wayfinder was engaged to beat their control, at the same cost or less, using the same offer. Leveraging brand and response techniques, we produced a campaign that increased the lifetime value of reactivated members by 10%, and became the new control.
